A large group from Gwyn Meadows Farm took part in the  Walk for the Cure.  Leading the charge was survivor Jan Nash, who is an inspiration to us all!!!!!!

The June horse show at Gwyn Meadows is coming up fast.  It will be held on Saturday June 13.  The show will start at 8:00 am and will run classes throughout the day.  All students and boarders are welcome and encouraged to show. Please talk to any of the staff this week to let them know if you are interested and they will be happy to provide any further information.  Hope to see everyone on Saturday!!

Rebecca McCormick, who is a student at the Foxcroft School in Middleburg Va., was inducted in the Whippers-In Club at Foxcroft.  This club is composed of juniors and seniors who are considered to be the best and most dedicated riders in the Foxcroft riding program. The members are liaisons between the teaching staff and the students.  They help teach lower level riders and assist in the barn as needed by the instructors and staff.  They are also encouraged to arrange and be involved in riding community activities such as clinics and demonstrations.  The members are considered to be mentors who lead by example and are good embassadors to the riding program at Foxcroft.

We at Gwyn Meadows are very proud of Rebecca, she has been a student at the farm since she was young.

Gwyn Meadows had a wonderful Devon week.  We would like to thank and congratulate all the competitors.
